Customer Return Insurance Program

At Net City Shops (www.NetCityShops.com) we make every effort to offer a safe and pleasant shopping experience where you can buy with complete confidence. Our new Customer Return Insurance Program allows you to return a product, that you may not be 100% satisfied with, for a fraction of what the actual return shipping charges may be.

Our Customer Return Insurance Program charge is $4.95 per order if purchasing on www.BikeRackShops.com, www.BikeTrainerShops.com, or www.HomeOrganizerShops.com. The charge is $3.95 per order if purchasing from WallDecorShops.com. This is substantially less than the typical cost the customer bears when returning merchandise. Below are some examples of freight charges to help you determine if you would like to select the Customer Return Insurance Program option:

Please keep in mind that the product being returned must be in new, unused condition and in it’s original packaging. Return authorizations must be requested by calling . Return items must be dropped off at an authorized UPS drop off point.

Our standard return policies, including applicable restocking charges, for each individual website, will apply.

Shipments to locations outside the 'lower 48 states' are not eligible for this progrm.

Items Excluded From Offer: Special Orders, Area Rugs, Framed Art, Custom Murals, Closeouts, Outdoor Art, Garage Cabinets, Loft-It Lift, ProStor Heavy Lift, Outdoor & Indoor Commercial Bike Racks.

Websites owned and managed by Net City Shops, other than those listed above, will not qualify for this program. Only one return per order will be allowed. Defective merchandise will be accepted back at the expense of Net City Shops regardless of the Customer Return Insurance Program participation status.

A More Affordable Shipping Option

SurePost, by UPS, provides our customers with the power and reliability of UPS Ground at a reduced cost. UPS is still in charge of your shipment, but hands it over to your local US Post Office to complete the delivery to your home. With only 1 or 2 days added to the delivery time, SurePost is an excellent way for our customers to save money on smaller purchases. This service is available for residential delivery and is ideal for packages under 10 pounds.

**SurePost also allows you to ship to a PO Box or APO address**
