Before hanging your Window Film:
Carefully inspect the window film to be sure it meets the requirements for your project and that there are no defects.
Easy to trim:
- Measure size of glass.
- Draw desired size on backing of paper.
- Trim to size with scissors or utility knife.
- Plastic squeegee (not enclosed) is needed for hanging.
If multiple panels are needed, make sure you correctly measure. Many of our designs panels can be butted up together just like wallpaper to fit nearly any window size.

Hanging your Window Film: |
1. |
Clean windows with a mild cleaning detergent. It is very important that the glass is clean. Remove any imperfections that maybe adhered to the window.
|
|
2. |
Using a spray bottle; mix water and a few drops of liquid soap. Thoroughly spray the window with the mixture. Completely wetting the glass will make it easier to position the window film and to squeegee out any existing air bubbles. |
 |
3. |
Remove film from backing paper and position on glass. As you position the film on the window, gently smooth out any large air bubbles with the palm of your hand. The window film along with the soapy water will allow you to position the film to your desired location. |
 |
4. |
Once the window film is in place, work out all air bubbles with a plastic squeegee by moving from center to outside edges of the panel. You may find it easier to squeegee out the air bubbles by lightly spraying the water and soap mixture to the front of the film. |
 |
5. |
Wipe off excess water/soap mixture with a clean towel.
